As parents of the school you are automatically members of the Parent Teacher Association. There is an open invitation to all parents to join in school activities and fund-raising events to work alongside the staff in providing new opportunities and resources for our children's education. Ideally we would like a committee member to represent each class. The PTA has a dual function of providing a social network for parents of the school . We organise the Christmas Fayre, Quiz nights, Fashion shows, Easter Eggstravaganza, School discos and Summer Fayre and are always keen to hear new ideas. We raise money for additional items to help the children's education and have recently bought CD players, books, large role play equipment for the early years and saved our swimming pool!
Often the fund raising efforts are due to the hard working efforts of a small band of dedicated parents who give their time and energies unstintingly. We are very grateful to them and will always welcome more people to help spread the load and enjoy the rewards of helping in so many different ways.
